Our office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard and  as payment for services received.

Financing: We also offer CARECREDIT 0% FINANCING for approved patients. Application can me made easily in the office or in the convenience of your home. Please ask for CareCredit financing details!

Insurance

Our office will submit insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. We will also submit claims to a secondary carrier.

ADVANTAGE DENTAL CARE IS A PARTICIPATING PROVIDER WITH ALMOST ALL PPO DENTAL INSURANCE . THIS TRANSLATES INTO GREATER SAVINGS FOR PATIENTS AS COMPARED TO "OUT OF NETWORK" PROVIDERS. Patients are asked to remember that professional services are rendered to you, the patient, not to the insurance company. You remain responsible for any fees arising from services rendered. We recommend that you review your insurance policy and become familiar with its provisions. If you are a member of an insurance program that directly reimburses you, then you are responsible for your own account at the time of service.
